ポットラック3回目。

スパイスラックを主宰している一番の楽しみはスパイスたちと会うことだ。私も含め、みんな独立して仕事をしている女性たちなので、仕事の業種や独立年数が異なっても、経営判断をし、責任をとる立場にあるのは同じである。それぞれ仕事上の課題を抱えている。決断するのは自分だけど、それに行きつくまで、人と話して考えを整理したり、意見を聞いたりと、そのプロセスが大切だ。そんな comradery (コムラデリ=好意的な親交関係)の場がポットラックであればいいと思う。

今日の参加者は、ポットラックに初登場のグラフィックデザイナーの人見久美子さん(HI Company Ltd.)、NEW スパイスの浅賀ゆみさん(S.BUGI)と大西のり子さん(Patisserie COROCO)、ポットラック皆勤賞の土井幸さん(mion / SACHi DOi DESiGN)とスパイスラック事務局の3人。

まだ続く新しいスパイスたちの紹介、スパイスたちの新しい事業やスパイス同士のコラボレーションの展開など、楽しみが増えつつある。

食べ物とアイディアを持ち寄るポットラック。良いひとときでした。

Potluck no.3.

One of my favorite parts of presiding over Spice Rack is the chance to meet with the Spices. Despite the differences in the areas of work and the years since we began, we are all our own bosses, which means that the buck stops with us. Each Spice has her own business issues to face and to figure out. But until we make the final decision, it is nice to have people who will listen so you can organize your thoughts and to give you constructive opinions. I hope the Potluck provides that kind of opportunity for comradery.

This time the participants were Kumiko Hitomi (HI Company, Ltd.), a newcomer to Potluck, two NEW Spices Yumi Asaga (S.BUGI) and Noriko Oonishi (Patisserie COROCO), Sachi Doi (mion / SACHi DOi DESiGN), a regular, and the Spice Rack Team.

Spice Rack will be introducing more new Spices, new business ventures and collaborative projects from the Spices. Lots to look forward to!
